Ashley and Ramiro’s love story started with a simple night out after work—and eventually led to a whirlwind proposal on the Amalfi coast. “We had vouchers from the pandemic that were about to expire,” Ashley shared. “I had to convince Ram to go on this trip. We got sick as soon as we landed, then he got food poisoning just as we were starting to feel better.” But somewhere between jet lag and recovery, they managed to make happy memories. “Ram took me to a jewelry store and I unknowingly picked out my own engagement ring. We walked to the pier and he proposed. All while I thought we were just having a regular conversation.”

After that trip, they knew they wanted to see the rest of the world together, and planning a wedding that reflected their shared joy and bold personalities felt like the natural next step. Their DIY Denver wedding wasn’t just an event, it was an explosion of color, creativity, and pure celebration. Set at Blanc, a modern-industrial venue tucked just outside downtown Denver, the day brought together two years’ worth of planning, crafting, and dreaming.

What We Love About This DIY Denver Wedding:

  • The couple’s unforgettable aisle entrance to Gangsta’s Paradise followed by Young and Beautiful
  • Custom temporary tattoos featuring their faces
  • Rainbow-colored florals and glittering wardrobe changes
  • A surprise mariachi performance organized by their moms
  • DIY elements galore, from the “Best Day Ever” piñata backdrop to personalized guest bookmarks

Saying Yes to Bold Fashion (and Custom Everything)

Fashion was a huge part of Ashley and Ramiro’s wedding vision, and they each worked with local designers and makers to create looks that were completely their own. Ashley described her style as “rainbows, unicorns, and glitter,” and her wedding day outfits fully delivered on that vibe.

She found both of her show-stopping looks at A&BÉ Bridal Shop in Denver. For the ceremony, she wore the Gia gown by Made with Love Bridal, styled with rainbow-colored platform sandals, a rainbow sequined cathedral-length veil, and a custom orchid choker made by her florist, Blumenhaus. For the reception, she switched into a sparkly ivory-and-nude Willowby gown by Watters, still full of shine, but made for dancing.

Ramiro’s look was equally intentional and personal. He wore a custom black and green suit from James Givens Custom Clothiers, complete with a full floral lapel also created by Blumenhaus. The couple kept their looks completely under wraps from each other for a full year leading up to the big day, making their first look even more meaningful. “It was a roller coaster of emotions to see everything executed so perfectly. Doing a first look in our custom outfits made it all the more special.” To keep the energy high and inclusive, they also invited guests to wear their most colorful outfits, and no one held back.

Junebug Tip: One subtle but lasting way to add personality–or a pop of color–to your marriage is through unique wedding bands. Think pink sapphires, yellow diamonds, or unexpected shapes and textures. It’s a small detail that can speak volumes about who you are, both individually and together.

Starting DIY Denver Wedding Journey With What Made Them Happy

For Ashley and Ramiro, the most important goal was simple: “We mainly wanted everyone to have a good time. Good vibes only,” Ashley shared. That outlook guided every decision—from choosing a colorful palette (“the more color, the better!”) to making their dinner the highlight of the evening.

“We’ve been to so many weddings where you leave hungry and unimpressed by their chicken cordon bleu,” Ashley said. “So we made food a priority.” That mindset paid off, with guests raving about the meal and the relaxed, joyful atmosphere throughout the night.

They also took time to step away and soak it all in. “We snuck off to celebrate our ‘joint’ matrimony with a post-ceremony drink and snacks while we soaked in the moment and enjoyed the culmination of 2 years of planning.”

How One Chance Visit Led to the Perfect Venue

Venue hunting almost made the couple give up. With Ramiro’s family in Texas and Ashley based in Denver, location was a challenge. “We looked at a few venues in both states but nothing really checked both of our boxes at the same time,” Ashley explained. “We were about to give up and just elope when I went to a client’s wedding at our venue and fell in love with it.”

That venue was Blanc—an urban, industrial spot nestled in Denver’s arts district. It offered the perfect mix of modern architecture and a spacious courtyard, serving as a blank canvas for all their bright, bold ideas.

“Since the groom’s family was coming in from Texas, we organized a welcome dinner to get them acclimated to Denver’s altitude. Some of the family even drove up with a huge brisket to slow cook for everyone.”

Breaking Traditions Made Their DIY Denver Wedding More Meaningful

Ashley and Ramiro skipped a wedding party, walked down the aisle together, and even threw in a choreographed handshake before their first kiss as husband and wife.

Their ceremony—officiated by Ramiro’s dad—included a sweet sand ritual and began with one of the most epic entrances we’ve seen: Coolio’s “Gangsta’s Paradise” playing instrumentally as guests looked around in delight.

Embracing the Power of DIY (and a Cricut)

Nearly every visual detail was created by the couple, their family, or close friends. From the invitations and centerpieces to handmade guest gifts, Ashley and Ramiro put their Cricut skills to work.

Their photo booth backdrop was made by Ashley’s mom–giant piñata letters that spelled out “Best Day Ever.” Ramiro created a personalized seating chart using rainbow bookmarks. Even their three dogs were included in a custom portrait, which showed up on everything from macarons to tattoos to signage.

“I wanted lots of color, glitter, bright and boldness everywhere,” Ashley said. And they delivered.

Why Letting Go of Control Was the Best Decision

Ashley and Ramiro thought they had everything mapped out, until the music changed. “We had a mariachi band! It was a complete surprise.” “Our moms worked with our planner to make it happen, and they serenaded us during dinner.” It was a heartfelt moment that added an extra layer of meaning to the night, blending their families and cultures in the most joyful way.

And just when guests thought things couldn’t get sweeter, out came the milk and cookies bar, another playful twist on tradition. “The wedding was completely us in every way,” said Ashley. “We had temporary tattoos of our faces, piñatas for the photo booth, milk and cookies for dessert. We even snuck off to celebrate our ‘joint’ matrimony.”

Despite all the planning and personal touches, the couple’s top priority was simply to be present. “Our biggest goal was to spend the night fully enjoying each moment with everyone, rather than feeling like we were busy hosting.” Thanks to a solid team, including a DJ who kept the dance floor packed, a planner who kept things on track, and a photographer who captured it all, they got exactly that. “We were able to be so present with our loved ones, and that meant everything.”

Advice from the Couple: Do It Your Way

It doesn’t get much more heartfelt–or vibrant–than Ashley and Ramiro’s DIY Denver wedding. Their advice to other couples? “Make this day yours, 100%. Play your favorite music, eat the food y’all love, and spend time with those y’all love the most.”

And one last tip? “Hire a vendor team you like and trust, and let them do their thing. Especially if you’re planning a nontraditional wedding–you want people who support your vision.”

Spring weddings are all about fresh beginnings, blooming florals, and effortlessly romantic vibes. With longer days, warmer weather, and nature coming back to life, it’s the perfect season to embrace light, airy, and colorful details. From pastel color palettes to garden-inspired decor, spring weddings offer endless ways to celebrate the season of renewal. If you’re planning a springtime celebration, here are some refreshing spring wedding ideas to make your special day feel as vibrant as the season itself.

Spring Wedding Ideas

Trees as Ceremony Centerpieces

Spring is the perfect time to incorporate nature into your wedding design. If your venue features blooming trees, use them as a natural focal point for your ceremony. Drape soft fabric from the branches for an ethereal touch, hang chandeliers or lanterns to create a romantic glow, or weave in fresh blooms to enhance the seasonal beauty. Whether as a statement altar backdrop or subtle decorative accents, trees add an organic elegance that seamlessly blends with the surroundings.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Experience

Take advantage of the fresh spring air by creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large open doors, glass walls, or tented areas help blend the beauty of nature with the comfort of an indoor setting. Enhance the transition with lush greenery, potted plants, or soft, airy fabrics to create a cohesive, inviting atmosphere. Whether it’s a garden-inspired reception or a courtyard ceremony that leads seamlessly into an indoor celebration, this approach lets you enjoy the best of both worlds.

Flora-Lined Curvy Aisle

A curvy aisle is a standout 2025 wedding trend, bringing a natural, whimsical touch to your ceremony. Instead of a straight path, a winding aisle lined with wild greenery, wispy grasses, and delicate florals creates an organic yet refined look. This ties into the Refined Naturale aesthetic—where overgrown textures meet effortless elegance. You don’t need an abundance of flowers to achieve this dreamy feel; layers of greenery, soft earthy tones, and natural movement make for a romantic and visually stunning entrance.

Spring Beauty Looks

A spring wedding is the perfect time to keep your beauty look fresh and effortless. Dewy skin, rosy cheeks, and soft pink lips create a natural, radiant glow. For hair, loose braids, soft waves, and relaxed styles add to the breezy, romantic feel of the season. A light floral fragrance like Daisy Wild by Marc Jacobs or Bloom by Gucci ties it all together, while pastel nails offer a subtle, polished touch. It’s an easy, timeless approach that feels just right for a spring celebration.

Interactive Flower Bar

A flower bar is a fun and interactive way to incorporate florals into your wedding. Let guests create their own mini bouquets or floral crowns as a unique keepsake from your big day.

Picnic-Style Lounge Areas or Reception

For a relaxed and intimate reception, create cozy picnic-style lounge areas with blankets, pillows, and low tables. This is especially fitting for an outdoor garden or backyard wedding.

Tree Planting Ritual

A tree planting ceremony is a beautiful way to symbolize your growing love. You and your partner can add soil and water together, representing the care and commitment that will help your relationship thrive. Plus, it’s a fun, eco-friendly touch!

JB Tip: Choose a tree that thrives in your climate and wedding location, or opt for a potted plant that can be taken home and replanted later.

Floral Wedding Attire

Spring is the perfect excuse to embrace floral wedding fashion. Brides can go for embroidered floral gowns, printed dresses, or delicate appliqués, while grooms and wedding party members can incorporate floral ties, pocket squares, or even full floral suits. We also love to see the mother of the bride incorporate florals, as well as bridesmaids, or even guests! Request a spring-inspired dress code by asking guests to wear soft pastels, vibrant hues, or even floral prints for a lively, seasonal touch. Whether through dresses, accessories, or boutonnieres, florals can beautifully tie everyone into the celebration’s aesthetic.

Floating Florals

If your venue has a pool, pond, or fountain, consider adding floating florals! From floating arrangements to sprinkled petals to lotus-shaped candles, there are several creative ways to add this romantic and unique touch.

Pastel Monochrome Bridesmaids

Create a soft, dreamy look by having each bridesmaid wear a different pastel shade while carrying a bouquet that perfectly matches their dress. This subtle monochrome effect adds depth to your bridal party while keeping the overall aesthetic cohesive and elegant. To enhance the seasonal feel, choose spring blooms in complementary hues.

Fruit as Centerpieces

A fresh take on traditional florals, fruit centerpieces are a top 2025 wedding trend. Citrus fruits like lemons and oranges or berries and figs bring a natural, vibrant element to tablescapes.

Floral-Infused Drinks

Add a fun, spring-inspired touch to your cocktails by incorporating edible flowers. Freeze them into ice cubes for a pretty (and easy!) detail, or go all out with a floral ice sculpture as a statement piece. For a simple but elegant touch, just pop a few edible blooms right into the drink.

Pressed Flower Wedding Cake

A gorgeous way to incorporate seasonal blooms, pressed flowers on wedding cakes have been making waves in recent real weddings. This delicate, nature-inspired detail feels effortlessly romantic.

Brunch or Afternoon Tea Reception

A spring wedding pairs perfectly with a daytime brunch reception. Serve mimosas, fresh fruit, and seasonal dishes for a relaxed and stylish way to celebrate. Or, go the direction of a whimsical tea party, mix colorful table settings with delicate prints, lace, or moss.

When it comes to planning the fall wedding of your dreams, you’re not limited to only traditional warm colors. Though the classic reds and emerald greens will always hold a special place in our hearts, there are a variety of stunning colors that represent fall in an unconventional way–colors that have reimagined the idea of the “typical” fall wedding palettes.

To get inspired, take a peek at these unique fall wedding colors that can be combined to create a fully customized wedding color scheme that’ll leave you awestruck.

1. Black

Many people associate weddings with soft, romantic colors. However, these color palettes aren’t for everyone—especially nontraditional couples. If this sounds like you, don’t shy away from using black in your color scheme. Incorporate this dark, sophisticated color subtly with a bridal bouquet or sleek signage. If you really want to make a statement, rock an all-black wedding day outfit for an edgy monochromatic celebration.

2. Neutrals

When you picture fall wedding colors, odds are the first ones that come to mind are dark and moody. While we’ll never get tired of those darker shades, we still want to let neutrals have their moment. And with vibrant changing leaves as your backdrop, neutrals perfectly contrast the natural fall foliage. Try incorporating colors like champagne, beige, and tan.

3. Terracotta

Trade the predictable oranges for terracotta—a color typically used in warmer celebrations that’s being carried into cooler weather. Whether you’re planning an intimate national park celebration or a large forest wedding, terracotta is sure to turn on the autumn charm. Acting as a subtle pop of color, this shade is stunning for bridesmaid dresses, florals, and covering your reception tables in the form of linens or chargers.

4. Spring Into Fall

Bright and bold are two words that perfectly describe the natural landscapes that make fall an ideal time to tie the knot. But why can’t the color palettes be just as vibrant? With more couples infusing their day with personality, we expect to see a shift in those “typical” fall wedding colors. And that means spring shades are making their way into the cooler months.

When it comes to creating your mood board, try incorporating spring colors like peach, lavender, and really any pastel hues.

5. Eucalyptus or Sage Green

Eucalyptus or sage green are colorful in a subtle, muted way, making them the perfect colors for those that want some color while still being neutral. Ditch the traditional deep greens and make a vibrant statement with muted bridesmaid dresses, floral arrangements, or boutonnieres.

Between the cooler weather, changing leaves, and the unique color palettes, fall is undoubtedly one of the most enchanting wedding seasons. And now that you have your colors selected, the real planning begins. To create an unforgettably warm and fuzzy autumnal celebration, check out these delightfully cozy fall wedding ideas.

We know in the wedding world, couples are always seeking new ways to make their special day uniquely memorable. One of the key elements that set the tone for any special day is the color palette. Although it seems like a minor detail, it dictates your rentals, linens, florals, and more.

With a new year comes a variety of new color palettes that we think are going to be center stage. From bold and vibrant combinations to subtle and sophisticated pairings, these are the wedding color palettes we foresee being all the rage in 2024.

Wedding Color Palettes Trending in 2024

Pastels

Soft pastel tones will continue to be a timeless choice for weddings. In 2024, there’s a shift towards pastels like blush, lavender, and sage green. These colors create a dreamy atmosphere, ideal for spring and summer weddings.

Blues, Yellows, and Greens

Inspired by nature, blues, yellows, and greens are making waves in the wedding scene. Baby blue, sage green, and yellow are being paired together to evoke a sense of whimsy–and boy, do we love it. This color palette works exceptionally well for outdoor/garden weddings, although we think it’d work in any setting when you want to take the magic up a notch.

Sunset Elegance

Capturing the warmth and beauty of a sunset, this palette revolves around warm tones like burnt orange, burgundy, and golden yellow–with pale pink accents. Imagine saying “I do” against a backdrop of hues reminiscent of a beautiful sunset while the sun is setting itself. We can’t envision anything more picturesque.

Earthy Neutrals

For those who appreciate simplicity and understated elegance, you’re in luck. Earthy neutrals are here to stay. Shades of beige, taupe, and warm grays create a sophisticated and timeless look. This palette complements various wedding styles, from rustic barn weddings to modern urban celebrations. To elevate the overall aesthetic, add touches of greenery or metallic accents.

Images by Henry Tieu

Bold Jewel Tones

For couples who love color, bold jewel tones are stealing the spotlight. Rich burgundy, sapphire blue, and emerald green come together to create a luxurious and regal atmosphere. This palette is perfect for pretty much every kind of wedding, where the vibrant colors can be highlighted through lavish floral arrangements, bridesmaid dresses, and even table settings.

Images by Lauren Wysocki

Monochromatic Minimalism

Embracing the beauty of simplicity, monochromatic minimalism is a trend gaining popularity in 2024. Choose a single color and explore its various shades and tones to create a cohesive and modern look. This approach works exceptionally well with whites, grays, and blush tones, allowing for a clean and sophisticated aesthetic. However, if you want something bold, we say go for it. Add metallic accents or greenery for subtle contrasts.

Vintage Romance

Vintage-inspired weddings will never go out of style, so it’s no surprise that romantic color palettes are making a comeback. Soft mauve, dusty rose, and antique gold create a nostalgic and timeless ambiance. To take it to the next level, incorporate vintage-inspired details like lace, pearls, and candlelit decor.

We love when brides give their bridesmaids the freedom to choose mismatched dresses for the big day. Dresses of different colors and hues go beyond a trendy wedding choice—they’re an awesome way to determine your wedding color palette. Not sure where to start with the mixing and matching of colors? We’ve got you. We’re rounding up 13 of our favorite mismatched bridesmaid dress color palettes inspired by real Junebug weddings. Whether you love neutrals, airy pastels, rich tones, or a mixture of them all, there’s plenty to be inspired by in these fashionable color choices.

Tips for Styling Mismatched Bridesmaids Dresses:

  • Go to your local paint store and pick out a few swatches of colors you like. Then, give them to your bridesmaids as examples of the colors you’re going for
  • Let your bridesmaids hash out the color choices. After they’ve decided who will wear each color, you can join in on the fun as they shop for their dresses
  • Add a special pop of color for your maid of honor. For example, if you’re sticking to a neutral hue for most of your bridesmaids, consider choosing a special color or pattern for your MOH

Best Places to Buy Mismatched Bridesmaid Dresses:

Mismatched Bridesmaid Dress Color Palettes

Gem Tones

Why it works: These jewel-toned colors give off rich, luxurious vibes, while still remaining fun and colorful. We love how this bride had a few of her bridesmaids in the same color. Pro tip: It’s okay if some of your bridesmaids have the same color dress–especially if you have a large wedding party. Keep a balance of colors in mind.

Shades of Pink

Why it works: Blush will forever be one of the hottest bridesmaid color palettes–and it’s not hard to see why. If you love the idea of putting your party in the pink shade but want to add a bit more depth, consider a range of pinks like this. It also allows everyone to choose the shade that’s best suited for their skin tone since blushes can be difficult to wear for some.

All The Blues

Why it works: Tying the knot in the summer or having a beach wedding? Blue tones are a perfect, more unique option that fits the season (and pretty much any venue for that reason). And because it’s not seen as often as other combinations, your bridesmaids are sure to stand out. Not to mention it’s an incredibly flattering color.

After soaking up the newness of being engaged and celebrating with an epic engagement party, it’s time for the wedding planning to commence. And while every wedding planning timeline will be a little different, we always recommend starting with a mood board. This is the key to creating a day that’s undeniably you.

As you start to form a vision of your wedding day, a wedding mood board can help guide decisions and visually explain your desires to your wedding team. But where exactly should you start? Here’s a simple, five-step process to create a mood board that captures the essence of your personality, style, and wedding dreams.

What is a Wedding Mood Board?

A wedding mood board is a carefully curated collection of photos that convey the look and feel you hope to create through your wedding design. It can be designed on platforms like Pinterest, Photoshop, Canva–or a combination of the three. We’ve already created a template for you on Canva, but we’ll get to that shortly.

What are The Benefits of Having a Mood Board?

A mood board is essential when hiring and meeting with your wedding vendors. It’ll set you and your vendors up for success from the start since verbally expressing your wedding vision can sometimes be difficult. Having a compilation of photos that visually represents your desired look leaves little room for miscommunication.

Steps For Making a Wedding Mood Board

Step 1. Discuss Wedding Dreams With Your Partner

Before you grab your laptop and type “Pinterest” in the search bar, do a little offline work with your partner. If there’s one piece of advice we want to ring true, it’s to really explore your relationship and who you are as a couple. Set a date night to discuss your vision and non-negotiables—have a pen and paper handy to jot them down as you dream of your day.

Need help kickstarting the creative wedding planning processes with your partner? Here are some questions to answer together before creating a wedding mood board:

  • What do we enjoy doing together as a couple? Are we laid-back, or do we enjoy being the life of the party—or both?
  • Where has been our favorite vacation, date, or place to spend time together? How did that location make us feel?
  • What season makes sense for our wedding? Does the season impact the mood of the day?
  • What type of wedding do we not want? What are things that don’t feel like us?
  • Come up with a list of words to describe your wedding vibe–like intimate, adventurous, carefree, nostalgic, silly, cheerful, cozy, laid-back, romantic, wild, vivacious, and warm

Step 2. Start Exploring Your Unique Style on Pinterest

Creating your mood board is not a time to worry about your budget—we’ll worry about that later. This is your chance to put all your ideas on a page, no matter how difficult it may seem to pull off at the beginning. The best place to start? Pinterest. Not only will it give you access to hundreds of wedding inspiration photos, but it’s also an excellent tool for organizing the inspo you find.

Kerry Charlotte of Haute Wedding explained the benefits of having a Pinterest board and a separate, curated wedding mood board. She said, “The contrast between a mood board and a Pinterest board is that a mood board can be more specific to show a real snapshot of your wedding. Pinterest can show a larger array of your tastes and style preference. Wedding vendors love seeing a full array of your tastes to start designing. This way, we can pull in little details that really make the day custom to you!”

Ready to get searching on Pinterest? Narrow your wedding search with these points:

  • What type of home decor do we gravitate toward? Search for design inspiration from homes and bedrooms–spaces that feel like somewhere you’d enjoy spending time in
  • Pin clothes, accessories, fashion blogger outfits, etc. These will help explain your style and can be translated into the wedding design
  • Search different typography on Pinterest. What elements of design are you drawn to? Do you like big, bold fonts or more classic elements?

Step 3. Choose 10 Images to Place on Your Wedding Mood Board

Now that you’ve formed a vision with your partner and started to collect inspiration from Pinterest, it’s time to start refining your collection. Start by selecting the top photos that catch your eye and continuously narrow it down until you have just ten photos. These can be images from Pinterest, Instagram, or even your phone’s photo library.

Now for the fun part, creating your mood board. To make things easy for you, we’ve created these Canva Templates for you to drop your photos into. After reading these tips, you’ll have a professional-looking mood board in no time:

  • Sign up for Canva (it’s free!)
  • Click the link above and choose “Use Template”
  • Upload your images into Canva
  • Drag images from the Upload folder to the photo frame squares (it should auto-fill the frame with your image)

Step 4. Pull Colors From Your Favorite Photos

Once you have your favorite images beautifully organized in your Canva wedding mood board, take note of the colors that are used repeatedly. Then, fill the remaining boxes on the Canva template with those colors to bring the design full circle.

These colors will become your wedding color palette, influencing your floral arrangements, fabric textures, invitation design, and more. They might even make the perfect mismatched bridesmaid dress color palette!

Step 5. Take Your Wedding Mood Board Off the Screen

After you’ve finished your mood board masterpiece, print out the design and add it to your wedding planning binder. We also recommend keeping the link handy, so you can make any changes throughout the planning process and can easily send it to your wedding vendors

With a mood board in hand, it’s time to hunt down those wedding pros that can bring your vision to life. Start by reading through our guide, packed with everything you need to know about hiring your wedding vendors. Then, check out some of our favorites in our directory of top wedding vendors around the world.

Color plays such a crucial role in a wedding. It sets the tone and personality of your special day. Everything from the stationery and bridesmaid dresses to the flowers and wedding cake rely on your color palette. While some couples may already know what colors they want for their wedding before they’re even engaged, it might not be as easy of a choice for you. And if choosing your wedding colors feels overwhelming, it doesn’t have to be. We’re here to help reduce stress and give you some inspiration.

This past year, more newlyweds embraced the idea of color, especially pastels. And we expect this trend to continue into the new year. Only this time, it will be brighter and bolder. To give you a starting point for your own colors and fresh ideas to pin to your mood board, we’ve rounded up all the trending wedding colors for 2023.

Pantone 18-1750 Viva Magenta

It’s official: 2023 is the year of the magenta. A vibrant and punchy fuchsia-meets-red shade, Pantone’s color of the year is an unconventional shade for an unconventional time. Described as brave and fearless, Viva Magenta represents the overwhelming emotions you feel when you’re about to marry your soulmate and start a new life together. To showcase the full range of this sultry and romantic color, pair it with a variety of complementary hues together, from deep burgundy and berry to fuchsia and hot pink.

Coral

Not only is this a gorgeous color that exudes feel-good vibes, but it’s also a bold color that just pops in photos. This hue is perfect for any season, and is very versatile. Consider pairing it with yellows and pinks for an overall bright look. Or combine it with greens and blues for a color contrast made in heaven.

Canary Yellow

The popularity of this shade continues to be on the rise. If happiness were a color, it’d be this sunny hue. Canary yellow is a crisp and radiant color that brings a cheery and airy feel to your celebration. While you can go all out with this sweet shade, you can also make a statement when used in more understated ways.

Images by Amber Vickery

Lavender

Representing elegance and beauty, we’re forecasting lavender as a key color for 2023. A calming yet joyous color, you can create a stunning impact with wow-worthy arrangements or by incorporating this romantic hue in the finer details.

Cobalt Blue

A classic that will never go out of style, you can use cobalt blue in many different ways as a twist on your “something blue.” This color is often styled with coral, tangerine, or blush blooms. To add a unique flair to your celebration, you can layer delftware or chinoiserie prints for a regal and polished look.

Images by Molly McManus

Greens

Green can be a color palette in itself and is stunning year-round, depending on how you style it. From greenery installations and arrangements to decor accents, try mixing shades of greens in different textures to add depth and drama to any space or tablescape. Or bring greens to your stationery, from save-the-dates to place cards.

Images by Silvia Falcomer

Your color scheme essentially dictates how you and your guests will experience the big day. So it’s important to stay true to yourself throughout the entire wedding planning process, including when it’s time to choose your color palette. Keep that in mind, along with this list of trending wedding colors when curating your wedding design details. Make it your own with personal touches and unexpected elements to create an unforgettable celebration. The sky’s the limit when there are all the possibilities in the rainbow!
