This is a great post. With an excellent reminder for couples that vendors aren’t always available. We’re often invested in, or working at current weddings which we need to give 100% of our energy and focus to.
Worth noting that wedding vendors office hours can be different to typical office hours, as many vendors work weekends, so they may take a weekday day off.
We have a note in our email signature advising that our office hours vary each week depending on the dates weddings are taking place which has been helpful.
